1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer:

  • For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation by Malaysia Travel Taxi:

  • In rare circumstances where Malaysia Travel Taxi must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative service or a full refund.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving a cancellation request or notification of a service issue.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • For refunds related to service quality, a formal request with supporting documentation may be required.

3. Returns and Service Quality Adjustments
